After terrorizing downtown Denver with the Gospel of Jesus Christ on Friday and rallying with faithful Denver pro-life missionaries in front of Planned Parenthood Friday night, the Walk Across America team came back to Planned Parenthood Saturday morning to plead for the lives of unborn children.
Sunday, Flip preached at Bob Enyart's church, Denver Bible Church . The sermon concerned a tale of two swords. Flip said, "There are those who willingly sing, pray, preach, and teach about the gospel, but they won't fight for it. They never unsheathe the sword of the Spirit," he said. "God is looking for those willing to unsheathe that mighty sword" was the altar call. A number of men came forward to accept the challenge.
A consistent theme of this Walk Across America has been vehicular failures. In keeping with that theme, the RV brakes went out and the master cylinder must be replaced. Fortunately it happened in a safe spot on the top of a mountain.
Today, team members visited Focus on the Family where Flip had a radio interview with Focus's Steve Jordahl. There's no word on where or when it might be aired. Currently they are headed to the Colorado Springs abortion mill to stand with three faithful warriors, Phil and June Harrison and Mike Gamble.
