OSA-CT Report
"It does not take a majority to prevail ... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men." Samuel Adams
God blessed us with a wonderful outreach Tuesday morning at Central High School in Bridgeport, CT. About 35 saints showed up to hold signs and distribute literature. We had some youth from Gospel Light Church and Pastor Pedro was there too. Thousands of students attend this school and we had people at both entrances and even some that attend the school took literature in. We passed out OSA brochures on Thanksgiving, Evolution & Why We Carry Graphic Signs. We also gave out scripture wristbands, Bibles, Mark Cahill books and tracts, LoveMatters.com newspapers and other info on abstinence, abortion and sexually transmitted diseases. We gave out thousands of pieces of literature, thanks be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who made it all possible. Now we all pray for the anointing on all those items, that God would use them to further truth and His kingdom.
In the photo Colbi is witnessing to two young men about eternity and where they would go if they died today? She asked them what they based their answers on? Kelly spoke to another group of girls and a group of boys on the grounds. They were different religious backgrounds including Muslim, but were receptive to Kelly speaking about Jesus and eternity. One teenage boy had a black T-shirt with a skull and he thanked Kelly for giving him a bible and for sharing about JESUS!
Overall it was a great celebration of life being passed down to the next generation.

Hector said the students on the other side (Madison Ave) were very receptive and wanted the info. He sensed it was because of the prayers of the saints. Another Pastor stopped and talked to us and was so happy we were there. Some moms thanked us and one mom wanted a Mark Cahill book and a bible for her son. A bus driver took a stack of LoveMatters.com newspapers for the kids on the bus.

There were very few negative comments, two teachers complained to Carmen that we were there. One lady asked if we were going to feed the kids and Danny said "yes, we do" and then she said "are you going to adopt them?" and Nancy pointed to Daniel passing our scripture bands and said "there's one that's adopted". Then she made the most ridiculous statement and said " I should get pregnant and give it to you." I have no clue what the reasoning was behind that foolish comment.

It was a great morning and we thank the Bridgeport Police Department for their presence to make sure everyone is safe.
We thank all of you who changed their plans and got up extra early.
One day we will all stand before God and anticipate His words "Well done, good and faithful servant!"
For the Least of These,
Marilyn Carroll
