SCRIPTURES IN SCHOOLS WEEK A Plan to Return the Bible to America's Public Schools Millions of Students, Teachers, & School Staff Should |
Bob Pawson, SIS Project Coordinator says, "Perhaps America's next 'Great Revival' shall be started by children and teenagers in that most unlikely of places - her government schools."
The Bible is going back to public school during the final week of September 1999. We are asking kids nationwide to bring their Bible to school and read it during study times and at lunch. We are asking that teachers and staff do the same. You do not have to seek permission from school officials to implement SIS in your school. Organize with other Christian students and youth groups. The idea is to have dozens of kids in your school join with millions of kids across America in bringing Bibles to school.
No one can stop you from bringing your own personal Bible to school. It is legal and it is constitutional! We have time between now and September to begin to prepare our kids to bring a weapon to school against which no human hand can prevail - THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT.
