Laura Berman's column Could the next prez be black or female? appeared in yesterday's Detroit News at I don't know the answer to this question, but there's a real good chance the next aborted baby will be black or female. One half of all aborted babies are female; one third are black. Twelve babies aborted Monday and Tuesday in Dearborn , a near record pace. At that rate 36 babies will be killed this week. The highest murder count in one week at this killing center is about 40. The least is 8, although the abortonist was not there two days that week. Is it possible to stop the Holocaust? With us or without us, God will stop the killing industry. In Noah's day He did it with a worldwide flood that destroyed the human race and left the earth's crust filled with millions of corpses - the modern day fossil record, which modern-day scientists use to discredit God's existence and creative power and justify continued killing in the name of evolutionary progress. The Book of Revelation describes the judgments of God that will take place on planet Earth because of mankind's refusal to repent of idolatry. Rev. 6:15-17: And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? In the meantime, your presence at a killing center can make a difference. I do not believe the pace mentioned, 12 killings in two days, will be maintained this week; because not that many have picked up the state mandated advance abortion info. Five or six per day have picked up the information, but most have been receptive and have also taken my pro-life information. Three of them I had to keep after when they rejected my first attempts. At the last minute they rolled down their window at the red light and accepted the information. One was a lady who had cussed me out a minute earlier. I don't know if it was the message that the KKK would love to kill her baby, the hand drawn picture of a man hanging from a noose, or the picture of two white babies and one black lying side by side that spoke to her heart, but she accepted the information with a smile. They're not all black, but when the number of killings is low it's often the African-Amercans who are not killing their babies. If the churches in Detroit would get organized and call for a boycott of these death camps many of them would be shut down. It's hard for one person to get the message across to a whole metropolitan area when the churches and media, Christian and secular alike, refuse to co-operate. It takes more than a thumbs-up while you're driving by. It takes more than a word of encouragement. It takes more than a prayer or a vote for a pro-life candidate. All these things are important, but they aren't enough to win the battle. It takes pro-life Christians out in the streets reaching out at the killing centers to these parents, one-on-one, in their hour of need, to make a difference in their lives. If murdered babies are not enough of a priority to get you or your church out in the streets to intercede for these children, how can you blame the politicians for not having the backbone to outlaw the slaughter? There was an uproar in Seattle recently because Christmas trees were taken down from the airport. It's unfortunate that Christians seem to care more about Christmas trees than they do about God's children themselves. Could this be idolatry?
