The Illinois Department of Registration has filed charges against Abortionist Yogendra Shah over a recent lawsuit filed against him, May, 2002. The lawsuit alleges, Shah did an abortion on Mary Doe, when she wasn't pregnant. This is just one of the many recent suits filed against Shah and the Hope Clinic in Granite City, IL. In the past ten years numerous lawsuits (twelve) in Madison County have been filed against Shah and the Hope Clinic for malpractice and negligence.
