No Justice In Dayton

JUSTICE DEPARTMENT REVEALS ITS INEPTITUDE AND TRUE COLORS IN DAYTON FACE CASE!

Our attorneys are fighting an uphill battle when one considers they are fighting the entire weight of the United States Department of Justice. Federal Judge Walter H. Rice, who overturned the partial birth abortion ban that was passed in both state houses and signed by the Governor of Ohio, is presiding over the trial. Coupled with these seemingly insurmountable odds, we have just found out that "Sunny" (you know her as the self-proclaimed witch who follows us to every city and videotapes all of our events) has been working with the Justice Department since 1994.

All of the time you and I have spent witnessing the love of our Lord Jesus to her, Sunny has been conspiring to "bruise our heal." We have allowed her to videotape all of the events and even allowed her to travel on the bus with us from Dayton to Cincinatti. We told her over and over again that we were a public proclamation and not a clandestine operation. Simply put: we were the Church of Jesus Christ out of the salt shaker. Sunny's soul desire, however, was and is to destroy the powerful witness of the Church of Jesus Christ outside of abortion mills. She will never do it! The one who is using her to rob, kill, and destroy will also do the very same thing to her. Pray for Sunny! She's lost as a goose.

I said all of that to say this. The attorneys for the United States Department of Justice, after spending thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars, could not establish before the court that Rusty Thomas, Jim Anderson, David Mehaffie, or myself were even at the scene. On Wednesday September 8, 1999 it appeared that Judge Rice was going to have to give a "directed verdict" and find us not guilty because Department of Justice attorneys could not establish that we were even in Ohio.

Then Judge Rice did something that a just judge would never do. He allowed the attorneys for the Department of Justice to call Sunny to the stand. Sunny had never been a part of those who were to share their testimony in court. There is written documentation to that effect but the judge, realizing that the Department of Justice was about to lose the entire case by "directed verdict", allowed for Sunny to testify in court.

This was an outrageous miscarriage of justice but we have grown to expect that in the courts of this land. Our attorneys deposed Sunny on Thursday and Friday, September 9-10, 1999. It was at this deposition that we found Sunny's surreptitious ties to the Department of Justice. Our government views us, all Christians really, as enemies of the state. The radical right wing extremists of Hillary Clinton's imagination must be silenced at all cost. The Justice Department of the United States of America has become the SS military arm of the Clinton Administration to steam roll every foe.

Sunny is simply a pawn being used by the devil to promote his horrific acts of killing children. His cover is being ripped off by our courageous attorneys, who stand unashamedly in the Name of Jesus. The Liar is being exposed for the liar he is and Sunny is coming undone. It is our prayer that she will come to her wits end and realize her desperate need for a Savior. There is only one -- His Name is JESUS!
