March 7, 2001 The Insanity Continues By: Rusty Lee Thomas "Out of the mouths of babes..." Who is afraid of little children? Who could try to refute the songs of about 20 little girls dressed in angel costumes and holding baby dolls, singing "Yes, Jesus Loves Me?" This is the living picture and parable that those entering the Waco area Planned Parenthood death camp witnessed this morning. Church of the Open Doors children stood in front of the clinic singing, dancing, and praising the Lord, the Giver of Life. The workers at Planned Parenthood were speechless, yet something about these small children made them so nervous that they had to call in reinforcements to beef up their security. Something in the presence of these children struck danger in their hearts. I asked the added security what lunacy could have possibly possessed Planned Parenthood to call them in? Were the children holding machine guns and threatening to open fire? No, so please explain to me why adults were so afraid of children holding dolls and singing songs to Jesus? The men simply hung their heads and couldnt give an appropriate answer. I suggested to them thats what happens to people who vainly try to defend the indefensible, we become oh so foolish. Compare todays incident at Planned Parenthood where supposedly "sane" men and women honestly believe that families who worship God at the gates of hell are terrorists and a danger to society and yet ignore the real danger as a 15 year old boy who opens fire on his classmates in Sanatee, CA. In their distorted minds that call evil, good and good, evil, young Mr. Williams is deemed a victim due to the fact that his skateboard was taken from him and he was harassed by his classmates. Yes, the insanity continues as peaceful, loving Christian families who live out their faith and uphold the Word of Life at the places of slaughter are considered dangerous, while these same people want to present criminals as victims needing our understanding. When is America going to wake up and return to moral sanity and personal responsibility? As a result of the Church being at Planned Parenthood today, a young women asked Jesus to come into her heart and submitted to the Lordship of Christ. It was a divine appointment. The 70 or so Christians thanked God and were greatly encouraged to see once an again that every time we show up, the Lord moves in a mighty way. All praise be to our God and King!
