Invitation to
Wichita "See to it that you complete the work you have received in the Lord." Col. 4:17. It has been 10 years since the "Summer of Mercy." Precious babies were saved as God sparked the flame of revival in our souls. Through the pouring out of His Holy Spirit, many came to know Jesus as Lord. Because of the lasting fruit of the "Summer of Mercy," over 1,130 babies have been saved from death by abortion by God's grace through the onsite presence of believers in Wichita. Still over 85 babies are murdered in Wichita each week for the Church has forgotten her call. God commands and is longing for His people to finish the work begun in 1991. Come stand and unashamedly proclaim that Jesus is Lord of Wichita, KS. The work has begun. Seeds have been sown. The trumpets are sounding. Let's Finish It! Our desire is not to look back, but to capture this generation for Jesus Christ. Believers from across the nation will gather together because little baby boys and girls from around the world are killed at this mill in Wichita. Our ultimate goal will only be accomplished when Wichita, Kansas is free from the guilt of shedding innocent blood. We have allowed the blood of the innocent children to flow through the streets of this city and be certain that bloodshed follows bloodshed. How can we have revival until the slaughtering of innocent children has been confronted and these high places torn down? In the midst of a sin sick world, we are called to be salt and light. We must embrace the truth and fight for the hearts and minds of our lost generation. We have been called to take the Gospel of Jesus to the very gates of hell. We cannot continue to be silent. We cannot continue to choose comfort and ease at the expense of the souls of men. We cannot isolate ourselves in our homes and churches while our nation is made blasphemous before Almighty God. "There can be no more compromise, no more common ground. It is time to take up the cross of Christ. It is time to lay down our lives for others." - Pastor Flip Benham.
