ROE v. WADE – 34TH MEMORIAL

Leaders from across the nation remembered the 34 th memorial of Roe v. Wade by allowing the theology of the church house to become biography in the streets of their cities. They publicly mourned the deaths of over 50 million boys and girls and prayed that God would forgive America for what she had allowed to happen to these precious children in the womb. From Washington DC, to Melbourne, FL, to San Diego, CA, and all across the country, Christians brought this horrible sin to the gates of their cities.

Our Lord Jesus Christ was glorified, little children were given a defense, and the Church of Jesus Christ was called to repent. The glory of God came down.

In the picture above you see the saints gathered together at Independence Square in Charlotte, NC. Our prayer is that we never see a 35th memorial for Roe v Wade because legalized abortion in this nation is brought to an end.

HILLARY CLINTON – GOD'S MAN TO BRING US TO OUR KNEES

(Originally written in 2004 by Flip entitled WE ARE BEING SET UP IN 2008)

Mark these words… The Republican Party has been, ever so carefully and stealthily, preparing the way for the nomination of its first "pro-abortion" candidate to run for the Presidency. If you doubt it, just look at the prime-time speakers during the Republican National Convention - Arnold, Rudi, Pataki, ad nauseam. They are all pro-abortion

We are praying that all the laborers in Christ will continue to fight the good fight and plead the case of the fatherless to win it. The lives of unborn children are depending on us. Be encouraged in your lonely battle - you are building a platform from which to launch future generations into the fray.

Most Christians voted this year for President George W. Bush. Dr.'s Dobson, Falwell, Robertson, the American Family Association, David Barton, Ralph Reed, and a host of other Christian luminaries gave their strong support for George W. Bush. However, there was a prophetic little cadre of people who truly believed, "our vote is the currency of our virtue," and voted for the man who stood for Christ, no matter the cost. The Constitution Party! (It should be noted that as of 2007, in many states, the Constitution Party has now left its strong pro-life platform.)

It is this small group of Constitutionalists that is preparing us for the election in 2008. For all who have eyes to see there is really no one in the Republican Party coming behind President Bush who will be able to carry the torch. No one that is, who is even nominally pro-life.

Just listen to Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and Bill O'Reilly. All are patting these pro-abortion Republicans on the back. These great "conservative" television and radio talk-show hosts are preparing the way for a pro-abortion Republican candidate. Conservatism is no friend of Christianity. It always compromises principle for it has never found a cause for which it is willing to die. It is pretend salt.

We are being set up by God Himself.

Make no mistake about it, the Republican Party will still have a pro-life plank in the platform to silence people like you and me. But it will in no way allow the pro-life plank to stand in the way of attaining the Presidency in 2008. The pro-life plank means absolutely nothing to the Republican hierarchy. Remember Bob Dole? He said he never read the pro-life plank when he ran for President in 1996.

Look at Arnold, Rudi, Arlen, and Pataki. They are, all of them, pro-abortion and proud of it. If you are wondering what pro-life Christians would do when confronted with voting for a pro-abortion candidate who is Republican, you needn't wonder long. They will vote for the pro-abortion Republican. Yes, they did it when they voted for Arnold as Governor to get Gray Davis out. They did it in Pennsylvania to get Arlen Specter another term in the United States Senate.

Yes, many Christians in California sold their Christian "birth-right" for a mess of Republican pottage when they cast their vote for the pro-abortion , pro-homosexual, Arnold Swartzeneggar. But, God is still speaking.

God Himself may be giving us a choice in 2008 that will make the ears of everyone in this nation tingle. Hillary Rodham Clinton may be the Democratic nominee for President of the United States of America . That's right! Jezebel herself, in all of her malevolent hatred toward Christians, will come out of her lair seeking to devour all who dare oppose her.

Notice Bill and Hillary did very little to help Mr. Kerry over the top and, if the truth be known, did not want him to win. They have other plans - not of this world.

The Republican Party, seeking to do all that it can to stop Hillary, will deliver us a pro-abortion candidate. "It's the only way we can defeat her!” will be its whine, “Anybody, but another Clinton !"

What will you do then my fellow Christian? Will you stand with a treacherous Republican Party against Clinton and cast your vote for death? Or will you finally vote for the One you call Lord! Yes, will you finally stand with Him, against all odds, and proclaim with your vote that Jesus is Lord and there is none other?

Mind you the decision will be hard. It will fracture the Republican Party thus paving the way for the election of an avowed enemy of the cross. Many of your Christian friends will tell you that if you vote for a third party candidate (Constitution Party) you will either be throwing your vote away, or worse, you will be responsible for bringing “Queen Hillary” to the Presidency. But it doesn't matter what your Christian friends say - it only matters what Jesus says.

Where is God in all this, you ask? A simple Scripture should suffice, "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men." Matthew 5:13.

We, who claim the Name of Christ, are suffering under the judgments of Almighty God Himself. We have not trusted Him. We have not pleaded the case of the fatherless to win it. We have compromised His principles. We have hired conservative and Republican mercenaries to fight the battle that only we can win. Like Esau before us, we have sold our birthright for a mess of Republican pottage.

So who shall we blame? The Democrats? The Republicans? Or should we point the finger right where it belongs—at ourselves! We, the salt of the earth, have lost our saltiness and are, at this very moment, being trampled under the feet of men. We just don't know it yet. But we will soon.

The Republican Party is not our friend, nor is it the friend of unborn children. Jesus is our friend. It is to Him we must turn. Men will trample over us because of our failure to confront the issues of our day in Jesus' Name. Because we did not take our stand a long time ago and fight for “life” in the Republican Party when it could have easily been won, we find ourselves in the pitiful position of having to fight when all the bastions of hell are against us, but we must fight it to win! The lives of our children are depending upon us. In that way, we will bring glory and honor to our Lord.

A WORD ABOUT FETAL PAIN LEGISLATION

Fetal pain legislation is the typical “incremental” approach to end abortion that National Right to Life (NRTL) always comes up with.  That's all NRTL ever does – come up with legislation.  It will never stand upon God's Word.  It runs from His Name.  Therefore, it will never fight the battle so as to win! Abortion is preeminently a Gospel issue.

NRTL mistakenly believes abortion is a legislative issue and therefore can be resolved by political means and through legislative avenues.  Fetal pain legislation is an easy win for NRTL – even Democrats will sign on to this one.  It will also prove to be a good fund raiser, similar to the partial birth abortion ban, parental consent, 24-hour waiting periods, ad nauseam.

But it is inspired by the devil himself.  Why?  Because fetal pain legislation, though it may sound good, is a monstrous lie that takes our eyes off the true nature of the battle.  That's right!  The devil would be happy to sign this, oh so cleverly crafted, piece of legislation.  “We need to be kind to the babies we are going to murder, so let's reduce the pain for God's sake.  Let's be humane in the way we kill.” See, the devil loses nothing here.  It is just a “gentler and kinder” way to kill.

This kind of legislation assuages our guilty consciences over the brutal murder by abortion of thousands of children every day, and makes us feel like we have accomplished something for God.  In fact, we have only exacerbated the problem.  We Christians must unsheathe the Sword of the Spirit (the Word of God) and stand where God stands.  The life of every child conceived is precious in God's sight.  Their little lives are never to be legislated away by God's people – no matter how well intentioned the legislation is.

The devil always likes to makes us feel that we are the crafty ones.  So crafty, as a matter of fact, that we continue in our lunacy in Washington, D.C., coming up with ridiculous legislation, raising millions of dollars, and accomplishing so very little.  Though these bills, some of them law now, may seem productive, they are in reality counter-productive.

They will be no more effective at ending abortion than all the bills introduced to deal with the issue of slavery.  The incremental 3/5'ths law seemed like progress – the slave was now considered three-fifth's of a man – but nothing less than national repentance over the SIN of slavery would ever end the diabolical institution itself.  The national call to repentance over slavery began in the churches of our land.  A great Civil War had to be fought as a judgment upon both North and South, and an Emancipation Proclamation freeing the slaves had to be signed by the President himself, for God's wrath upon this nation to subside.

All of the bills initiated by NRTL have done very little to bring abortion to an end.  Although these bills and laws may stop some abortions, they will never end ABORTION!  This is a job that only the Church of Jesus Christ is equipped to fight.  The gates of hell cannot prevail against her.  Abortion will come to an end in America when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end – not one second sooner.  Judgment begins in the house of God

Only a national call to repentance over the sin of abortion (over 50 million children dead), and an issuing of the Emancipation Proclamation for the Unborn Child, signed into law by the President of the United States of America, will demonstrate the fruit of our repentance.  Anything less will prove to be utterly futile.

FINALLY – A BILL THAT TRUE CHRISTIAN LAWMAKERS CAN SUPPORT

After 34 years of attempting to push through incremental political legislation to end child killing. Here is the best piece of legislation yet.

A truly pro-life Bill, designated House Bill1, sponsored by Bobby Franklin and co-sponsored by Melvin Everson, will be brought before committee in the Georgia State House on Tuesday, January 9, 2007.   Dr. Alveda King and Sandra Cano, the Doe of Doe v. Bolton , will be present for the hearing

(HB1) is, without a doubt, the very best bill that any state has brought before its legislative body to this date.  It certainly encapsulates the principles of Scripture.  The only thing it does not do is quote the Word of God – too bad! It is truly an all out declaration that human life begins at conception and therefore is due protection under the color of Law.

HB1 states, “ Justice Blackmun, writing for the majority in Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), wrote: 'when those trained in the respective disciplines of medicine, philosophy, and theology are unable to arrive at any consensus, the judiciary, at this point in the development of man's knowledge, is not in a position to speculate as to the answer [to the question of when life begins].' Now, 30 years later, the General Assembly knows the answer to that difficult question, and that answer is life begins at the moment of conception;” HB1 Article 5 section a) 1

“As a direct result of three decades of legalized abortion on demand, the nation has seen a dramatic rise in the incidence of child abuse and a dramatic weakening of family ties, with the infamous Roe v. Wade decision pitting mothers against their children and women against men” HB1 Article 5 section a) 4

This is the beginning of something very significant.  We are seeing a definite move from the foolishness of the “incremental approach” to an all out stand on God's Word. There is no stain of incrementalism or compromise in HB1. The Bill simply expands on our motto, “Pro-life! No apologies, no exceptions!” There are no escape clauses to kill a child in HB1.

Keep storming the gates,

Flip
