Twenty years ago in Atlanta, Georgia, God birthed a movement fueled by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and immersed in a single word - "repentance." Dale Sochia, from Louisiana, said he and his group got lost on their way to Dr. Malloy's abortion clinic where they were to read. Operation Save America went as a loving Christian witness to three churches Sunday morning. We took literature that explained the need for the church to stand against abortion and included the story of the church in Nazi Germany that sang a little louder each time trains passed by carrying wailing Jews bound for death in concentration camps This story was an apt choice; there are TEN concentration camps (abortuaries) in the Atlanta area. We took the ugly signs with us; the ones that show the awful truth about the damage abortion does to a tiny body. We also took a sign with the plea "Please Help Us!' Operation Rescue/Operation Save America will hold a press conference and signing of the Emancipation Proclamation for the Unborn. Although President Lincoln’s signing of the Emancipation Proclamation did not immediately free one slave, it changed the character of a nation. Today we will sign another proclamation that will change a nation. We will no longer accept the killing of innocent children, boys and girls, black and white. We will no longer tolerate the racism that lurks within Planned Parenthood.

In a city that harbors our nation's worst serial murderer (George Tiller), and allows sodomites to parade their sin like Sodom, and is inspired by the devil himself to silence the Gospel of Christ; we should not be surprised that Pastor Mark Holick has become a thorn in its side. Our Christian brothers and sisters in Colorado are facing an uphill battle with all the forces of evil arrayed against them as they continue to bring the Gospel of Christ into the streets of their state. SB 200, passed by both houses of the state of Colorado and signed by Governor Ritter, will ban the publishing or disseminating of Gospel tracts, preaching or public reading of the Bible in the public square, if it is perceived that such discriminates against the perceived sexual orientation of any individual. So much for free speech. These faithful Coloradans will be joining us in Atlanta July 12 – 19, 2008. We will have an up to the minute assessment of the situation and encourage our brothers and sisters to obey God rather than man. When evil men worm their way into government, which was meant for the benefit of mankind, and use it for evil, it is incumbent upon men of God to resist such tyranny. It is the heritage of our Pilgrim forefathers and our Founding Fathers passed down to us. It is our turn now! “Those who forsake the law praise the wicked. This two day event drew an approximate crowd of over 80,000 revelers under threatening skies. On Saturday, commitment ceremonies and a pet parade was the draw. Sunday marked the big parade full of gay churches, sponsors, gay bars, gay & transgender organizations, the ACLU, Militant gay youth group, Obama supporters, gay politicians and/or political supporters of gay rights, Planned Parenthood and NARAL representation to mention a few. This year’s set up was different. There were barricades along the parade route. And there were more female police officers.
As we descended upon Tower Grove Park, you could feel the oppression and the smell of alcohol filled the air. It was only 10:00 a.m. We had a few religious zealots dressed like Jesus screaming hell fire and damnation to passerbys. One woman turned and screamed back, “Just one day out of the year, leave us alone,” and continued walking down the parade route. A young lesbian woman commented, “Oh no, I hear that all week. Schultz tried to block our cameras from capturing her arrest and placed Natalie and another butcherette inside his squad car. Earlier in the morning, we noticed Natalie was taking more cigarette breaks than usual; something was up. An abandoned dump truck was blocking the alley so the Budweiser semi couldn’t make his delivery to Ken’s Lounge at the end of the alley. We thought that was why the police were there in the alley.

Ken Scott, Cliff Powell and attorney Jim Rouse went before a panel of three judges in the Colorado Court of Appeals. It was a surreal experience. The extravagant fifteen foot high, twelve foot wide doors leading into the court room are veneered in bronze and are sculptured to look like the bark of an oak tree. The doors opened into a courtroom that reminded me of scenes that I’ve seen in over dramatized movies. You know the ones I mean, with the judge’s bench set high above the rest of the seats in the court room looking down on anyone that dares to address them. Psalms calls them gods and they very well may believe that they are gods.

As stated prior, I promised we would address those caught up in Pro-life idolatry. The pertinent question before us is can one save babies and at the same time lie, cheat, steal, and kill to bring an end to abortion? Can one still remain in the good graces of Almighty God pursuing this lawless course? Biblically, the answer is no and one would be perilously close to denying Christ. Unfortunately, there are those in the pro-life movement that believe in this pragmatic (ends justifies the means) philosophy. This is a lie from the pit of hell. Character matters to God. Do we honestly believe that God would have us break one or all of his commandments to achieve His will in ending abortion? Before we answer, we may want to consider well our reasoning. Saving babies is not going to get us into heaven any more than dying in Jihad is going to get Muslims 72 virgins when they die. These are all lies that proceed from the world, the flesh, and the devil.

You all remember well our reception at St. John’s Episcopal Church when we were in Denver during our National Event in Denver, 2005. This church is an abomination (Obama-nation) before God and a blight upon the Gospel of Christ. It has failed at its every attempt to remove the Gospel of Christ from the streets of Denver. Now it is attempting to use a new legal tool called (Nuisance) to remove pesky pro-life Christians from its presence. Ken Scott will have the awesome privilege of presenting an oral argument before the Colorado Court of Appeals. This represents only the third time in Colorado state history that a non-lawyer will present an oral argument before this court. Pray for Ken. Can anyone say, ‘Hallelujah!”

Attached are three separate documents, two of which are undated, and one dated April 18, 1995. They document the continuing efforts by the “California contingent” to raise money by the unauthorized use of the name, “Operation Rescue.” This time it was to sponsor an event (their own) that was to take place in New York City in May of 1995. The first document is a letter I drafted to Jeff White (the ring leader), Ken Reed, Joseph Foreman, Pat Mahoney, Joe Slovenec et.al. This draft letter was faxed to Jeff on April 10, 1995, in hopes that it would cause Mr. White to rethink and repent of his flagrant misrepresentation of himself as director of Operation Rescue. The next document is Jeff White’s response to my letter and a phone call from Randall Terry. In this letter Jeff White openly admits his misrepresentation of the truth and acknowledges my leadership of Operation Rescue. The third document makes it very clear that he is to never use the name of “Operation Rescue” or any derivative thereof, from that time forward. History (accurate history) gives us a better perspective of God’s hand at work to expose the blight (sin) in “Operation Rescue,” so that we can make a right judgment. This is not a history that I am proud of, but let God be true and every man a liar! Before the letter to Jeff White was faxed on April 10, 1995, fourteen Operation Rescue leaders (Keith Tucci, Gordon Peterson, Jim Vittitow, Cal Zastrow, Jim Anderson, Bill Shanks, Eva Edl, Kirk Heldreth, Bob Behn, Chet Gallagher, Bryan Longworth, Mike Halley, Rusty Thomas, and Flip Benham) met on April 9, 1995, in New Orleans and agreed the letter must be sent.  A shocking new development has taken place in the state of Colorado legitimizing homosexuality and further criminalizing Christianity. When I reminded him, however, that his signature on this press release was lending legitimacy to Troy Newman’s claim to the name “Operation Rescue,” he responded immediately by saying that he did not say that, nor was that his intent.  May 28, 2008 Joris Brinkerhoff planned to treat Planned Parenthood contributors to an evening of good food, good drink, and good music in hopes of raising big bucks for the abortion industry. Joris owns a 5 million dollar home that backs up to the elite Denver Country Club. The setting was beautiful, the night was gorgeous and the pro lifers were magnificent. Attendees were greeted outside the entrance to the mansion by a bloody abortion doctor wielding broken and bloodied dolls while he thanked them for their help to kill the babies. Please take time to read this 20 page document. Randall recaps a history of the vicious and continuous attempts by some to high-jack the name, Operation Rescue. This legal “Complaint” filed by Randall to the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board exposes those in the California and Wichita contingents who are fleecing God’s lambs by using the name, Operation Rescue. Pray that sin will be exposed, true repentance wrought, and justice be done. This document was released as a press statement on May 29, 2008, by Randall Terry and is now a part of the public record. It was done independently of our many attempts over the years to bring church discipline to bear on Mr. Newman (Matthew 18) through his church, Heartland Community Presbyterian Church in Wichita, Kansas. These attempts, for the most part, have been object lessons in futility. Our purpose in publishing this document is to be consistent with our call to hold Mr. Troy Newman accountable before God of his repeated usurpations and fraudulent fund-raising endeavors in the name of Operation Rescue. Those receiving these false fund-raising letters must be told the truth about where their money is going. Our desire for him is that he repent of his misdeeds, come to the acknowledgment of the truth, repay that which he has stolen, and be restored as a brother in Christ. Katherine and Andrea bought all the T-shirts fitting the very smallest to the largest. It was a beautiful sight to see Christian families standing in the gap on behalf of our preborn brothers and sisters. I agree with my new found friend in the Lord that "minorities hold the key to ending abortion." I also agree that minorities must fight this battle in the name of Jesus and under His blood-stained banner. On Friday and Saturday April 26-27, Georgia Right to Life hosted a “Personhood Symposium.” It was very encouraging to see Pro-Life leaders from around the country gathered at First Baptist Church of Atlanta (Dr. Charles Stanley’s Church) to hammer out a true Pro-Life strategy that honored God’s Word. Dan Becker, the president of Georgia Right to Life, shared with all of us how God brought him to repentance over the use of the “exception clauses” and “incrementalism” as the approach to craft pro-life legislation. It was a moving time as Dan shared how the Word of God had brought him to his knees and changed his course.

As we are preparing our way for the National Event in Atlanta, Georgia, this July 12-19, 2008, the Lord is directing our steps. Proverbs 16:9. He is marking out venues for us where the subtle compromises of the liar (the devil) are most manifest and most destructive. As you read this article, "Sugar Hill Pastor Apologizes for Church's Judgmental Behavior," note well the pastor apologizing for his pro-life work at abortion mills.
Too Judgmental? Note well, his confession that he often laughed at gay jokes (something that should be confessed and ought to make him ashamed) and therefore assumes God's church is just as sorry as he is. Note well, that he is calling us all to stop judging and let "everyone do what is right in his own eyes." This is not love my friends. This is "LUV." It is just another word for hate. To not tell the truth (the Gospel of Christ) to our neighbor when he is plunging headlong into hell as a result of his own sin, is hate. That's what the Bible says, "Do not hate your brother in your heart. Rebuke your neighbor frankly so you will not share in his guilt." Real love tells the truth even when it hurts. Real love (Jesus) came into the World and the world hated Him. Real love speaks the truth, and truth is hate to those who hate the truth. If you are wondering why the Atlanta-Journal Constitution and all three major Atlanta television networks picked up this story with such a frenzy, puzzle no longer. Pastor Richard Mark Lee has unknowingly become a willing dupe of the devil himself by parroting, in the name of Jesus, the party line of the media that demands no judgment to be made upon anything. This is called tolerance or "LUV." Death always follows this lie. Jesus showed up at the gates of hell in the persons of these two young warriors for our King and those gates were lifted up, much to the chagrin of the abortion mill employees. We just found out today that Georgia Tech University has rescinded its invitation for us to meet on its campus. We have been told that it is because of the controversy that surrounds us. Imagine that. Jesus controversial? At this present time we have no place to hold our evening rallies for our National Event. Oh, what to do! 
Here is just another reminder that the work you do lifting up the name of Jesus at the gates of hell (local abortion mills) is never fruitless. God watches over His Word to perform it. We must never give up, let up, or shut up, until we have stayed up, prayed up, paid up, and preached up, all for the cause of Christ…I must go till He comes, give till I drop, preach till all know, and work til He stops me. And when He comes for His own – He will recognize me. My banner will be clear!
Many of you have prayed for our family and, in particular, you have prayed for our boys David and Jason. You prayed for them when they were in high school. You helped them financially on their missionary trips with Athletes in Action while they were at liberty University. You prayed for them when they were drafted into professional baseball. You wept with them when the dream died. You encouraged them that God had a plan. Thought you would be interested in seeing the next installment of God’s plan.
Most of us in rescue are all too familiar with this picture. In our days at the gates of hell in Wichita, we saw this horrific sight at Mr. Tiller’s abortion mill over and over again. We attempted to explain it to ourselves, our kids, and the media – all to no avail. There was, and is, no explanation that could possibly justify or rationalize away this kind of barbarism in a “Christian” nation. It was, and is, beyond our comprehension of evil. These are the ventilators that bring extra oxygen into the “on premises incinerator” at Tiller’s mill to burn to ashes the flesh and bones of little children killed by George Tiller.
I just spent last weekend with the saints in New Orleans storming the “gates of hell” and then this. Pastor Dale Sochia’s youngest son Levi and a buddy of his approached the gates of hell at the abortion mill in Metarie this past Saturday, April 19, 2008. The gates were lifted up that the King of Glory might enter in. “Lift up your heads, O you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of Glory may come in. Who is the King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle… Who is this King of Glory? The Lord Almighty – He is the King of Glory. Psalm 24:7-8. 
We received this story from Gib Killion and it is a joyous picture painted by God Himself. He loves to make Himself known in very small and seemingly insignificant ways that come to mean very great things.
